

Dr. Glock is a research scientist in the Department of Veterinary Science and Microbiology at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He received his DVM in 1961 as well as his PhD in 1971 from Iowa State University. His research interests include economically significant diseases of both cattle and swine as well as food animal diagnostics.

Dave Sengpiel, Treasurer
David Sengpiel is the Senior Investment Manager for the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation. Farm Bureau is a grassroots organization dedicated to helping farm families prosper and improve their quality of life. Farm Bureau is considered the voice of farmers and works to improve communities through various programs that includes providing limited private equity funding to early and development-staged companies. Sengpiel has been involved in a number of start-up companies as well as private equity portfolio management for over 20 years. He currently sits on the Board's of Directors of 12 companies.

Ian Biggs, Independent Director
Ian Biggs is the COO of Genus Americas, directing both PIC and ABS Global, throughout the Americas and Australia. Genus is a world leader in applying quantitative genetics and biotechnology to animal breeding. Prior to Genus purchasing PIC in 2005, Ian served as President and CEO of ABS Global, Inc. Before joining ABS Global, Inc., Biggs was Chief Financial Officer and Business Development Director at Geron Bio Med, a UK biotechnology program. Known for creating the famous “Dolly” clone, this company developed the first animal clone from a somatic cell. A U.K. native, Biggs resides with his wife and four children in Madison, Wisconsin, U.S.
Mike Upah, Secretary
Mike Upah graduated from Iowa State University with his B.S. in Business. After working for a global financial services firm, Upah was a founding member of an environmental services startup, and was the first key hire for an advanced manufacturing firm where he served as CFO, marketing director and intellectual property manager. For the past ten years he has led the ISU Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship's business development program where he has assisted dozens of technology based startups with early state commercialization efforts.
