- Margaret Prahl, JD
Ms. Prahl was a partner in the law firm of Heidman, Redmond, Fredregill, Patterson, Plaza, Dykstra and Prahl in Sioux City, Iowa, for more than 25 years. Her experience as a business attorney has benefited many organizations in the agribusiness sector, including PIC, Monsanto and Newsham. Her business litigation experience uniquely qualifies her to advise Sirrah. She has organized and assisted in the development of numerous entities in both the profit and non-profit sectors.
- Stuart Oxer, MBA, CPA
Mr. Oxer has worked in financial and operational management roles for the last twenty years in manufacturing and distribution businesses. He managed start-ups in the plastic, food manufacturing, and apparel industries. Mr. Oxer emphasized cash-flow management, lean manufacturing, and cost-improvement programs in his management positions, to improve the bottom line of each of the businesses in which he has been involved.
- Isabel Turney Harris, DVM, PhD
Dr. I. Harris is a veterinary epidemiologist and expert in experimental design and statistics. She has had experience in production and sales of swine biologics for NOBL Laboratories and has consulted internationally for PIC. Her most recent work has focused on the epidemiology of human food borne Salmonella of swine.
